- Court Appearance (requires additional landlord documents): $300.00

Our eviction service fees are not bundled together like other companies to help save our clients money. This is helpful because many times tenants resolve the problem with the landlord after being served the first legal notice. When this happens the cost of the service is only the cost of the eviction notice. In other cases a landlord may have to go through the entire process from start to finish. In these instances our eviction service fees are charged in a step-by-step manner. How many steps are completed is completely dependent on what our clients need in order to evict their problem tenant(s). Because of this our full line of Las Vegas Eviction Services can be catered to every need of our clients. Whether we start the process or finish it our clients know they can trust it’ll be completed in a professional manner.
Continued Cost of Eviction Services
It’s important to understand that sometimes local, state and federal guidelines may change how an eviction can or can’t be completed. This fact should be noted by all investors, landlords, and property management companies. Not only can new guidelines affect the ability to evict a tenant they could also increase the cost of having to do so.
Our service fees have only been adjusted to counter certain legislation which has made it tougher to evict a tenant.
