The very first step after an eviction has been granted is to setup a lock out service with the local constable. The constable will have already posted a 24 hour notice to the tenant making them aware they will be legally locked out. Once the 24 hour notice has expired we will schedule a specific time to meet the constable at the property to complete the eviction lock out.
This post eviction service includes changing all keyed entrances and installing brand new locking mechanisms on every door. Deadbolt locks and doorknob locks are all included with this service. Once all locks have been swapped out and installed we will also provide a lock box with a special combination to place the new keys in. The lock box will have all the new keys stored inside for easy access for the owner and any other person authorized to enter. The constable will be at the property during this process to make sure all entrances are secured properly.
